Seems like my good friends were all quite worried over my breakup with Kel and a couple of them were very enthusiastic in introducing new guys to me. See how much my girlfriends love me? It's a nice feeling to be pampered.
Mich introduced me to a new friend Noel over a movie date. (You don't exactly call it a date when there are 2 girls and 1 guy but oh well... ) He was in T-shirt and bermudas and had a ear stud. He looks way too young for me. He left right after the movie and we didn't have much chance to talk, so I don't exactly know what kind of person he is. I don't like movie dates. No communication. I very much prefer a casual chat over coffee. Anyhow, seemed like Mich is more interested in Noel than I do. Well, I guess making a new friend makes no harm.
Yesterday, Slushy introduced her friend Marv to me over lunch. It was a nice lunch. I could tell that Marv was a little wee bit nervous and not quite his normal self. The atmosphere was a little tense at first but it got better as I try to lighten the conversation with a little humour. Well, it's just making a new friend. I am not sure whether the nervousness meant interested or not. Well, I try not to read too much into it. Anyway the ball is now in his courts.
