brain juice, where are you?

I'm still undecided on my second speech topic. I would love to do a humourous speech as humour is something that will catch the audience's attention.

Started to write an article about blogging and it became too much information and too mundane. Wrote only the introduction and I blanked out.... There must be a purpose in giving a speech. What is my main purpose in delivering the speech about blogging? Am I telling people that blogging has a lot of advantages? Or am I encouraging people to blog? Or simply giving information about blogging. None of it serves a very good purpose for my audience. What is it that I want my audience to hear?

My main purpose is to inject humour into the speech. How? Arghh.... my topic on blogging might bore my audience!

But I only have 2 days left... to write the speech, edit, practice, time myself and memorize the speech! I am running out of time!!! And here I am still undecided on my topic!
