After being out for 16 hours yesterday and jogging for an hour earlier this afternoon, I am now dead beat and zonked out.

Body and Hair Care
Decided to give myself a treat to a hot bath with a sweet strawberry-flavoured shower gel I got from Marks & Spencer yesterday. Incidentally, my new face scrub is also strawberry-flavoured! I'm really a big fan of strawberry smell! Even my favourite perfume from Escada smells of wild strawberries and vanilla! Shampooed my hair with Herbal Essence with fruity smell, deep conditioned my locks with Vidal Sassoon also bought yesterday. The sweet scents make me feel like I'm having a spa retreat.

Skin Care
Happily smelling like a strawberry, I blow dry my hair and applied serum on my face. I only use serum on my face as it is easily absorbed into my skin without making my face oily. I'm now trying out Espirit's new range of skin care products.

Eyelash Care
Applied Masala nutrition gel on my eyelashes which will make your eyelashes grow longer. You can get this from Sasa.

Nails
Decided to do pedicure and manicure for myself. I filed my nails squarish as I've always liked the classic look. My cuticles are a little dry and cracking, so applied cuticle oil to massage my little fingers and little toes before applying a fresh coat of fushia pink nail polish. Now my nail colour matches my blog!

Now happily blogging while waiting for my nails to dry. It's been a long time since I pampered myself in anticipation to cure my Monday blues tomorrow. When you look spectacular, you will feel great and even the nagging of your boss will be music to the ears.

May the good Lord bless me with a deep and peaceful sleep with no dreams. I lift up my insomnia as an offering unto thee.

[Just a note: Having dreams is tiring and drains a lot of energy whether the dreams are sweet or not. So I'll rather have a dreamless night!]
