As I am typing this post, my brother snores away in deep sleep. I used to find his loud snores really irritating. That was before the accident. Today, his snores sound like musical rhythm to my ears. Suddenly I find his snoring so reassuring. It's the evidence of breathing. It's the evidence of being alive.
